Recruitment Advisor

We involve attracting and selecting candidates for vacant positions in the organization from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.. We collaborate with hiring managers, human resources personnel, and other relevant stakeholders to understand the hiring needs of the organization and develop recruitment strategies to fill those needs. We serve as a trusted partner to the organization's leadership team by providing advice, guidance, and expertise on all aspects of the recruitment process.

We advertise job openings, screen resumes, interview candidates, and negotiate salary and benefits packages on behalf of the organization. We may be responsible for verifying references and conducting background checks to ensure that candidates are qualified and suitable for the position.
