Handover Procedures

The handover procedure is a process that ensures the successful transfer of a completed project from the project team to the client. The handover process involves several steps to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the client's expectations.

Once all project deliverables have been completed, we work with the project team to conduct a final walkthrough with the client. This is an opportunity for the client to inspect the completed project and ensure that it meets their expectations. We may ask the project team also to provide any necessary training to the client to ensure that they are familiar with the project's operations and maintenance requirements.

We make sure that the handover process will also include the transfer of all project-related assets, including equipment, software, and documentation. We work with the project team to ensure that all assets are properly documented, labeled, and accounted for. We also manage all warranties, guarantees, or maintenance contracts that may apply to the project with.
